Wanna Copy Music, Apple says GO RIGHT AHEAD!

Having originally been a music composition major, this hits home. Apple said Tuesday it will be lifting it's anticopying restrictions known as Digital Rights management on all of the songs sold in its iTunes store. Meaning, no more copying restrictions give people the ability to freely shift songs they buy on iTunes without any worries.

The Truth About The Center for Responsible Lending

Did you catch the parody of Herb and Marion Sandler on Saturday Night Live? You know the one that playfully poked fun at LIBERAL lawmakers that included the Sandlers... You know... the one that NBC PULLED FROM THE WEB?

The very same Sandlers are those greedy bankers who handily sold their bank, and pocketed something like $2.3 billion in shares and cash before many of their loans began to sour in 2006. They sold this bank to Wachovia.

Who do the Sandlers pow wow with?!?!? How about George Soros...yes, the far left liberal who funds MoveOn.org. They are key figures in a group called the Democracy Alliance which aims to create a permanent political infrastructure of non-profits, think tanks, media outlets, and activists groups  - a kind of "vast left-wing conspiracy" to compete with the conservative movement.

These same people are also behind The Center For Responsible Lending.  They portray themselves as being on the side of the consumer -- but that couldn't be further from the truth.  The "Center for Responsible Lending" is, in fact, a multi-million dollar operation backed by a wealthy financial institution that actually profits from advancing the very policies it advocates.  Sound like a conflict of interest??   Worse, it pursues aggressive lobbying for policies that would restrict the financial choices of millions of consumers.

See this is important because of the financial bailouts/crisis/etc of the last few months. Democrats were front and center in this whole mess, but the left-leaning media will NOT cover this.  And leftist supporting wealthy individuals like the Sandlers and Soros are not tied to this in ways they should be.

Dallas Morning News Media Bias Alert: Names Corrupt DA Texan of the Year

This has to be the most laughable thing, and that is saying a lot considering it's the Dallas Morning News, in the Texan of the Year award. Craig Watkins has been named Texan of the Year.

Craig Watkins has serious ethical problems that if he were a Republican, the light on it would be so bright he would have already resigned. KDFW Channel 4 did an outstanding expose' on him in September, but in the political world we live in - an African American Democrat with ethical problems, that seemed to have no legs.

RIP Paul Weyrich, you will be missed.

"If there were a Mount Rushmore for conservative leaders, Paul's face would have to be on it," Morton Blackwell. We lost a GIANT today in Conservatism. Morton Blackwwell wrote a letter for a fundraiser, and it most clearly articulates the greatness of Paul Weyrich.

There are many talking about how to get out of the wilderness, including myself, but this letter goes further in giving us a blueprint than anything out there ... and this was BEFORE Obama was elected.

Williams Makes Three

Another outstanding Texas Republican has joined Secretary Roger Williams (Former Texas Secretary of State) and State Senator Florence Shapiro running for U.S. Senate...Railroad Commissioner Michael Williams. Texas will be well served in Washington D.C. if either Roger or Michael Williams prevail in this race...but for full disclosure, I've endorsed Roger Williams. Both are true conservative leaders and I am proud to call both Friends. This is just another sign of a deep bench for Texas.

Dallas Morning News Media Bias Alert

Once again, the Dallas Morning News showed their bias on their Trailblazer Blog....

Facebook: "Bill White is running for Senate" and Bill White video announces  - officially - his run for U.S. Senate

However there is one thing missing, where's the blog report on Michael Williams announcement today?  Hmm, imagine that, and Michael also used Facebook to announce his decision to run for Senate.

Hey Dallas Morning News, there are two parties and it's important to report all sides of the news not just the biased press reporting you do now.   

And they say there is no bias in the media?

Go to the news articles on Illinois DEMOCRAT Governor Rob'em Blind Rod Blagojevich and you won't find the woe DEMOCRAT!?!?!
